The Firm offers paid vacation time and holiday time, including the day after the tax deadline, and one personal day per year.

The Wellness Committee plans firm-wide fitness challenges to help combat stress and promote wellness–especially during the busy season. Employees can earn Wellness Bucks by participating in wellness activities.

A completely confidential counseling program is available to employees and their families at no cost.
Health Insurance
A group plan is offered to all employees with the Firm currently paying 90% of single coverage premiums and 50% of family coverage premiums.

Dental and Vision Insurance policies are available through our cafeteria plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible spending accounts provide employees the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for childcare and health care expenses not covered by health insurance.
Short-term Disability
Employees on disability leave may be compensated for up to six weeks pay. Additional long-term disability coverage options are available to each employee.
Maternity/Parenting Leave
Employees on maternity leave may be compensated for up to six weeks pay. Employees on parenting leave may be compensated for a full weeks pay and an additional week at one-half his/her normal salary.
