My relationship with Harding began when I had an internship the summer before my senior year of college.  I have worked at Harding for seven years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.  From the very beginning, the employees at Harding have always been considerate and provided me with the support I needed to be successful.  I’ve had somewhat of an untraditional career path at Harding, being that I joined the Advisory Services department not long after I was hired; however, that choice allowed me to move into a department where I was able to excel.   The work/life balance is amazing and the employees truly care about one another.
