Darby Starnes' passion as an HR professional and her dedication to helping others thrive has served her through each facet of her career. Darby has dedicated most of her career to supporting the most important asset of any organization: its people. With experience implementing innovative HR strategies and over 25 years of experience serving in the corporate and tech start up environments, Darby's expertise and guidance are backed by proven methods and fast failures that have created learning opportunities and translatable business results.

Her recent accomplishments include implementing a comprehensive strategic plan and redesign of the HR Community of Excellence to improve effectiveness in employee recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and professional development for over 700 employees. She was the president of the Diverse-abilities EBRG as a key part of the DEI initiatives to support an inclusive and equitable workplace for over 16,000 employees. Having held roles with ever increasing focus on HR, organizational development, change management, people success, coaching, and mentorship, Darby focused on HR because she wanted to understand all aspects of a workplace and support the people whose talents and commitment are essential to the success of an organization. She wanted to be part of efforts to help people, business operations, and communities thrive.
