The HSC Legacy: 50 Years and Counting:

Since our founding, Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C. has been driven by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and community. What began as a small firm in Evansville, Indiana, has grown into a trusted leader in accounting and advisory services across the region. Let’s reflect on our journey, celebrating the milestones, challenges, and achievements that have shaped our firm and continue to inspire our future.

The Culture is Set in Place

From the beginning, HSC adopted a “one-firm” approach which is still a key tenet today. Clients don’t belong to a specific partner or department, they receive the best care from the entire firm.

During this time a model for smooth succession from one generation of leaders to the next was developed. This is a big reason we are still locally owned today.

Our founders also developed a strong philosophy of investing in the education and empowerment of our staff.

As the firm gained momentum, Al and Dick engrained community service into he culture.
