(HSCU) is a multi-year soft skills coaching program designed for all team members.
HSCU was developed in response to requests from team members seeking more professional development training offerings. As a firm, we believe that this program offers true learning to help each individual grow over time as a client service provider, and it aligns with our core purpose:
- As we improve our leadership and communication skills, we are better prepared to help our clients be more successful.
- Participating in professional development training helps our people be more successful.
- When our clients and our people are successful, the firm becomes more successful.
Career Advisors
We believe our Firm succeeds when our People succeed. Your Career Advisor helps you set goals to take you where you want to go in the Firm. They’ll follow your progress toward attaining your goals and help you assess your overall performance, including strengths and areas for growth.
Mentor Program
In addition to Career Advisors, the Firm offers team members a mentor to assist in learning the culture and support the individual’s growth in his or her career.
CPA Bonus
We financially assist and reward our Employees for taking and passing all parts of the CPA exam within the first 3 years of their fulltime start date.
CPA Exam and Study Materials
The Firm purchases the Becker CPA Review course for eligible employees and reimburses first-time state exam fees.
Professional Dues
AICPA and state professional society dues are paid by the Firm.
Continuing Professional Education
Required CPE hours are provided by the Firm.
Education Assistance
We provide tuition reimbursement for approved job-related courses through accredited schools.
Technical “Levels” Training
Internal training programs provide technical skills training through real-world examples and use of online software.
