Experience Learn and Earn Program
Harding, Shymanski & Company is a participating firm in a new program launched by a partnership between The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
This program (started in the fall of 2023) blends online learning with on-the-job professional experience for college accounting graduates, offering a more affordable and flexible way to complete the 150-hour course credit requirement to become a licensed CPA.
The ELE program is designed just for you! Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Join an ELE-affiliated firm, like Harding Shymanski, as a paid staff member.
2️⃣ Earn up to 30 university credits through self-study online courses.
3️⃣ Participating firms provide time for coursework in a balanced, flexible way.
4️⃣ Firms offer support and mentoring to help you achieve your CPA license.
This pilot program partners with Tulane SoPa, with classes starting in January 2024. More universities will join soon.
