About the Experts
Shannon Brewer, CPA, is a Vice President in our Accounting and Auditing Department. She is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing Team and Employee Benefit Audit Group. Shannon has been with the firm since 1997, and serves some of the firm’s largest manufacturing clients as well as several local nonprofit organizations.
Shannon is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, the Institute of Management Accountants, and ANEW (A Network of Evansville Women). Shannon serves on the Tri-State Manufacturers’ Executive Committee and Southwest Indiana Family Business Alliance Executive Committee.
Derek Sizemore, CPA, is a Senior Manager in our Tax Department. He joined the firm in 2010, and is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Health Care Teams.
Derek graduated from the University of Evansville in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lisa Frank, CPA
Lisa Frank is a Vice President and leader of our Outsourcing Department. She joined the firm in 2002. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and private industry accounting. She specializes in our accounting service department by providing on-site accounting assistance, and performing controllership functions for clients.
Lisa is a cum laude graduate of the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa is a Certified QuickBooks® Professional Advisor. She previously served as President and Treasurer for Gilda’s Club and Treasurer of the Albion Fellows Beacon Center. Lisa is on the Children’s Ministry Team at City Church.
Jason Warford, CPA, MAcc
Jason Warford is a Manager in our Outsourcing Department. He joined the firm in 2018. Jason has 6 years of experience in public accounting, and brings a valuable, diverse set of experiences to our Outsourcing Department. In his career, he has worked with businesses of varying sizes, industries, and entity types. He has a passion for providing closely held businesses with accounting and business principals normally reserved for large corporations. He strives to help businesses and organizations streamline their accounting processes by utilizing web-based solutions in an effort to allow those owners and managers do what they do best; manage their organizations.
Jason graduated from the University of Southern Indiana (Magna Cum Laude) with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance and attained his Master of Accountancy degree from Belmont University. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Good Samaritan Home.
